Kinyara Sugar Limited, a manufacturer of quality mill light brown and brown sugar based in Bujenje, Masindi, is hiring a Tractor Operations Supervisor to support its agricultural and factory operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the dispatch, operation, and maintenance of agricultural tractors
Assign tractor work tasks such as land preparation and transport
Supervise operators to ensure safe and standardised operation
Coordinate the scheduling of tractor maintenance and repairs
Record fuel consumption and maintenance logs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in agriculture, mechanisation or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience operating or supervising agricultural machinery
Knowledge of tractor maintenance and fleet record keeping

Skills & Competencies:

Machinery supervision and scheduling skills
Accurate record keeping
Safety-conscious supervision
