Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementing partners to deliver agreed Tide Turners Pollution Challenge targets.
- Quality-assure monitoring and prepare evidence-based reports for the donor.
- Document progress in inclusive youth awareness, leadership, advocacy and community action.
- Support implementation across the India programme and global youth engagement work.
- Track results and lessons to inform scale-up of the challenge.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in environmental management, education, development or a related field.
- Experience coordinating multi-country youth or environmental programmes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Partner coordination and stakeholder management.
- Monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
