• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve sales, revenue and market share targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base within assigned territories.
• Recruit, manage, coach and motivate sales agents, distributors and sales representatives.
• Build relationships with dealers, retailers, agents and business partners.
• Drive sales of telecom products including SIM cards, mobile money, voice and data.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance.
• Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams and strengthen distribution networks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• At least 2 years of experience managing sales agents or field teams.
