Job Description
The Teller is responsible for assisting customers with placing bets, processing transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service at betting outlets. This role is ideal for energetic individuals seeking an entry-level opportunity, as no prior experience is required. Successful candidates will ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all transactions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer bets accurately
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper record keeping
- Assist customers with betting procedures and inquiries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
