Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and pay cash and cheques across the counter
- Adhere to teller transaction and cash holding limits at all times
- File all cashier's/reserve/main summaries and payments/receipts correspondences
- Receive and record cheque deposits accurately
- Correct errors highlighted in the daily cash report
- Call and check other tellers' daily vouchers against daily reports
- Collect all revenue due to the bank
- Cross-sell bank products and make referrals as per allocated targets
- Exercise due diligence as per the procedures manual
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
