We’re Hiring! Join Our Team in Northern Uganda.
Boda Banja Credit Services Ltd is looking for a Tele Caller – Northern Region. If you’re fluent in Acholi and other Luo languages, have strong customer service skills, and are passionate about making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
The proactive and results-driven Tele Caller will support customer acquisition, loan follow-ups, and client engagement within the Northern Region. The role involves outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote loan products, follow up on repayments, and provide accurate information about company services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Boda Banja loan products and services
Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Follow up with clients on loan applications, approvals, and documentation requirements
Conduct loan repayment reminders and follow-ups with existing clients
Capture and update customer information accurately in company systems
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly or escalate where necessary
Support branch staff in meeting customer acquisition and portfolio growth targets
Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
Prepare daily and weekly call activity reports
