Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support agronomic research trials and field experiments
- Collect data on crop growth, yield, and soil parameters
- Maintain research plots and crop samples
- Assist in planting, weeding, harvesting, and data collection
- Prepare soil and plant samples for laboratory analysis
- Keep records of field activities and research data
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture, Crop Science, or related field
- Basic training in agronomy and field research
Skills & Competencies:
- Practical field work and data collection skills
- Knowledge of crop production practices
- Ability to work in diverse field conditions
