Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support agroforestry research trials and tree nursery management
- Collect data on tree growth and agroforestry systems
- Maintain research plots and tree nurseries
- Assist in seed collection, propagation, and planting
- Support farmer training on agroforestry practices
- Keep records of research activities and tree inventory
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Forestry, Agriculture, or related field
- Basic training in agroforestry or tree management
Skills & Competencies:
- Practical skills in tree nursery management
- Good field work and data collection abilities
- Knowledge of agroforestry systems
