The Technical Resources & IT Systems Officer manages a membership organisation's technology, databases and digital resources, reporting to its Executive Officer or Executive Committee.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Support computers, software, connectivity, cloud services and the website
Maintain membership data and digital registration and renewal systems
Organise technical resources, dashboards and management reports
Maintain backups, access controls and security
Help staff use digital systems

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT or a related degree or diploma
Practical IT support, database and digital-systems experience
Website, cloud and membership-system experience is advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

Practical troubleshooting skills
Database and digital-systems skills
Confidentiality and organisation
Clear support for non-technical users
