Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on monitoring, evaluation and learning for digital health programmes.
- Design MEL frameworks, indicators and data collection tools.
- Analyse programme data and support data use for decision making with government partners.
- Build capacity of partners and staff in MEL practice.
- Document results and contribute to donor reporting.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in public health, statistics, monitoring and evaluation or a related field.
- Substantial experience designing and running MEL systems for health programmes.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with data tools.
Skills & Competencies:
- MEL framework design.
- Data analysis and visualisation.
- Partner capacity building.
