- Lead the entire study and serve as principal contact with the client.
- Supervise pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.
- Oversee technical work, deliverables and project outputs.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary expert team.
- Manage reporting and client communication.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
- Master's degree in Transport Economics, Planning or Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience managing transport projects.
- Professional engineering registration.
Skills & Competencies:
- Project and study leadership.
