Team Leader – Watoto Neighbourhood

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Watoto Neighbourhood team.
• Oversee programme implementation and ensure quality delivery of services to beneficiaries.
• Mentor and supervise programme staff including case workers, discipleship workers, and community volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, local authorities, and partner organisations.
• Monitor programme outcomes and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Watoto's safeguarding, child protection, and organisational policies.
• Facilitate spiritual formation activities for staff and beneficiaries.
• Manage team budgets and resources responsibly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programme management or community development work.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an NGO or faith-based organisation.
