- Source suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
- Screen candidates against vacancy requirements and shortlist the best matches for the recruitment team.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Contact shortlisted candidates, confirm availability and schedule interviews.
- Keep records of sourcing activity, pipelines and placement progress.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and online candidate search tools.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail in screening CVs.
- Organised record keeping.
- Ability to work independently while remote.
