Kinyara Sugar Limited, a manufacturer of quality mill light brown and brown sugar based in Bujenje, Masindi, is hiring a Supervisor Warehouse to support its agricultural and factory operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, including sugar and spare parts
Oversee warehousing and outbound processes of materials, and verify documentation
Organise the rational placement of materials, ensuring clear identification and accurate inventory
Regularly conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
Supervise warehouse personnel operations and maintain warehouse safety and hygiene

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in stores management, logistics or a related field
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory management experience
Knowledge of stock documentation and inventory control procedures

Skills & Competencies:

Accuracy in record keeping and stock reconciliation
Good supervision and organisational skills
Strong safety and hygiene discipline
