Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient management of inventory and staff
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems
- Prepare reports and interpret operational data for management
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure system alignment
- Coordinate effectively with sales, supply chain, and other departments
- Manage multiple store operations and priorities simultaneously
- Develop and enforce department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise, train, and discipline store staff
- Coordinate and monitor branch stores
- Manage department budget and control costs
