Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and carry out stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage practices and adherence to FIFO principles.
- Coordinate receiving, loading, offloading and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards.
- Enter stock data accurately into the inventory system and prepare reports.
- Supervise casual warehouse staff during loading and offloading.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or store management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory record management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Data entry and stock reconciliation.
- Inventory and system management.
- Effective communication and reporting.
- Team supervision and time management.
