Job Description
Britania Allied Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Kampala, Uganda.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth supply chain processes to meet organizational objectives.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking stock.
- Ensure proper stock control systems and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued, including delivery notes and stock registers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports for management.
- Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize losses and wastage.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of materials and products.
