Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Wash crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and kitchen utensils.
- Clean the kitchen, service areas and washrooms according to the duty schedule.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly and keep bins clean.
- Store cleaned items correctly in their designated places.
- Support the kitchen and service teams during peak hours.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in cleaning or stewarding in a restaurant, hotel or catering setting.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Cleanliness and consistency.
