• Plan and execute quality assurance activities across the product lifecycle from requirements to release and post launch support.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing for digital financial products.
• Validate fintech scenarios including transaction failures, reversals, retries, reconciliations and exception handling.
• Test digital wallets, payments, lending, cards, APIs and third-party integrations against defined requirements.
• Apply risk-based testing to prioritise high-impact and high-risk product areas.
• Support validation of KYC, AML and data protection compliance requirements and maintain test evidence for audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and support adoption of test automation.
• Participate in release readiness assessments and go-live decisions.
• Support post-release monitoring, incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Work with Product Managers, Engineers, UX designers and business stakeholders as a quality advocate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or MSc is an advantage.
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Experience testing digital products in fintech, banking, payments or other regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with manual and exploratory testing.
• Exposure to API, integration and mobile or web application testing and AI tools.
• Test automation exposure, UAT support experience, mobile money knowledge or ISTQB certification are desirable.
