• Facilitate the identification and analysis of the Bank's business drivers to deliver enterprise business and technology solutions.
• Produce end-to-end solution and architecture designs for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys and site visits.
• Liaise with business subject matter experts to develop clear roadmaps of business services.
• Analyse the technology environment and determine the best path for solving business problems and opportunities.
• Participate in solution development to ensure technical and business requirements are met as documented in solution designs.
• Provide architectural oversight of projects and ensure requirements align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain repositories for deliverables, methodologies and business development documents.
• Develop and guide adoption of design patterns that standardise solution components built for the enterprise.
• Support quality assurance in planning and executing performance and other non-functional testing, and lead capacity management for current and future solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• One or more professional certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation or Design Thinking and Innovation.
• At least 7 years' experience in solution architecture or enterprise technology design.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong requirements elicitation and solution design skills.
• Ability to independently facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
• Architectural oversight of projects and alignment of business needs to technology decisions.
• Capacity management and non-functional testing experience.
