Shift Supervisor

• Allocate and monitor work assigned to subordinates to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and support to subordinates in the plant.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare requisitions for raw materials and spare parts.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to ensure timely execution and minimise downtime.
• Ensure efficient plant utilisation while adhering to company quality standards and production planning.
• Monitor worker performance during the production process, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality targets.
• Enter production data into the Enterprise Resource Application database.
• Ensure proper housekeeping practices are maintained in the production area.
• In consultation with the Production Officer/Manager, determine and implement efficient production methods.
• Implement health and safety guidelines to protect employees, materials, and machinery.
• Identify training needs and provide necessary skill development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or recycling plant, preferably in a supervisory role.
