The SFA Coordinator provides technical support to multiple sales force automation users so that sales operations run smoothly, and reports on assigned projects in coordination with the finance team.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Provide sales support to Kampala users so they have sufficient knowledge to perform their duties.
Ensure right mapping for routes, vans, supervisors and outlets is done.
Ensure timely upload of user data on the system and give technical support to Kampala users.
Offer technical support to users under distributors on the cold calling channel and modern trade users.
Prepare data and report on assigned projects in coordination with the finance team.
Support users under Flexi Pay, MTN or Airtel projects so the projects run smoothly.
Perform any other tasks allocated by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or business computing.
Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of sales automation operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Good interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
