Job Summary:

As an Interviewer/Data Collector, you will be responsible for gathering accurate, high-quality data from respondents via face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews. Your role is vital in ensuring that our research reflects the true perspectives and experiences of the target populations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured interviews following project guidelines and deadlines.

  • Administer questionnaires accurately and impartially, adhering to Ipsos quality standards.

  • Record responses clearly using tablets or mobile data collection devices.

  • Approach respondents professionally and clearly explain the interview purpose.

  • Maintain respondent confidentiality and comply with ethical standards in research.

  • Meet daily and weekly data collection targets set by the Field Supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education & Skills:

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one local language.

Experience:

  • Experience in CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) data collection on any platform.

  • Background in social or health research is an advantage.

Language Proficiency Needed:
