Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present the menu and take orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check back on guests.
- Keep tables, counters and service areas clean and set.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and escalate where needed.
- Process bills and coordinate with the cashier.
- Upsell menu items and specials.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in restaurant or cafe service is an added advantage.
- Good spoken English and customer care.
Skills & Competencies:
- Friendly and attentive customer service.
- Order accuracy and memory.
- Speed and stamina during peak hours.
