• Provide management oversight and direction to departmental managers, supervisors and team leads.
• Review operational performance and hold departmental leads accountable for results and corrective actions.
• Identify recurring operational failures, determine root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Oversee housekeeping SOP compliance, hygiene standards, inspection pass rates and unit readiness.
• Oversee transport management, route scheduling, fuel efficiency, vehicle licensing, insurance and safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance workflows, preventive maintenance schedules and vendor contracts.
• Provide administrative oversight to keep the office secure, well supplied and functional.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably across hospitality or facility operations.
