Senior Internal Audit & Risk Management Officer

• Implement fraud investigation and anti-corruption policies, strategies, guidelines and plans
• Analyse data for preparing the annual internal audit plan
• Perform information processing and system audits
• Carry out audit checks and identify accounting errors
• Examine vouchers, cashbooks and ledgers to confirm propriety and accuracy of transactions
• Undertake spot checks, cash surveys and audit investigations
• Audit annual accounts and carry out audit inspections of the Authority's records
• Undertake audits on compliance with statutory provisions and internal regulations
• Prepare documents and take minutes of the Risk and Audit Committee
• Prepare internal audit reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Served for a cumulative period of six (6) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Internal Audit and Risk Management Officer I or a comparable position
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised institution
• Membership of ICPAK or a relevant professional body in good standing
• Proficiency in computer applications
