• Develop, enhance and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces that deliver a strong user experience.
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs and integrations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and support.
• Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.
• Ensure systems are secure, maintainable and designed to support future growth.
• Recommend technology improvements and modernisation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to project estimates, delivery planning and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 or more years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech or insurtech is preferred.
• Exposure to microservices, Docker, AI and automation is an added advantage.
• Azure, AWS or other relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• React.js, Node.js and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• HTML5, CSS3 and modern front-end frameworks.
