Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in systems, installation and repairs.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments and performance evaluations.
- Take an active, hands-on approach to engineering work in luxury properties.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Manage maintenance budgeting, cost control and spare-parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant engineering qualification (degree or higher diploma) in mechanical, electrical or building services.
- Proven experience in a senior engineering or maintenance role, preferably in hospitality or luxury property.
- Strong background in systems installation, repairs and maintenance planning.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control and spare-parts management.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Hands-on, active approach to technical problem solving.
