Job Description
UNOC is currently seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to develop their careers with the company in the following position:
DEPARTMENT: Chief Executive Office
JOB TITLE: Senior Business Process Analyst (1 Vacancy)
REPORTS TO: Manager, Business Transformation & Innovations
JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Manager, Business Transformation and Innovations in gathering and analyzing both internal and external data on the performance and impact of UNOC’s business processes, with the aim of improving efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth within UNOC’s business.
Continuously monitor and analyze feedback from internal and external stakeholders and customers to identify areas for improvement in UNOC’s products and services.
Assist UNOC Executives by reviewing and validating information provided by various internal and external parties.
Coordinate the evaluation of resource requirements for new initiatives and projects and provide recommendations in collaboration with Project Owners.
Support the Manager of Business Transformation & Innovation in conducting independent reviews of ongoing projects and preparing reports with recommendations for the Executives.
Generate data reports, ensure their accuracy, and assist the Manager in producing regular reports on key internal projects and external industry developments.
Develop presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes across various departments, recommending and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to automate and optimize processes, and collaborate with business units to implement suitable solutions.
Develop change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during process changes.
Work with cross-functional teams to foster idea generation, refine and develop promising ideas into viable concepts, and build prototypes to test the feasibility of innovative concepts in line with organizational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Economics, Information Technology, Business Studies, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in business process management, Management Information Analysis, Business Systems, or related functions.
Proven experience in the implementation of Strategic Management and Business Planning processes.
