Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting school inspections and improvement planning
- Coaching and mentoring school leaders and inspectors
- Monitoring progress of School Improvement Plans
- Delivering training and capacity-building activities
- Supporting reporting, data collection, and project implementation
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- A degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in school leadership or education management
- Strong knowledge of Uganda’s education system and inspection processes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to schools and communities
