African Queen No. 1 Distributor Limited is a privately-owned organization in the business of large-scale importation and distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer goods in the categories of Personal Care (Hair and Skin), Stationery, Homecare and Foods & Beverages.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients who may be interested in the products or services offered by the company.
Cold Calling/Emailing: Reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, or other means to introduce the company's products or services and initiate the sales process.
Product Demonstration: Demonstrating the features and benefits of the products or services to potential customers, either in person or through virtual presentations.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, address their concerns, and provide ongoing support.
Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, such as price, delivery, and payment terms, to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
Closing Sales: Closing deals by obtaining the customer's commitment to purchase the products or services.
Order Processing: Processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product information, and coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to fulfill orders.
Market Research: Gathering information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales strategies and product development.
Reporting: Providing regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to customers on how to use the products or services effectively, as well as assisting them with any issues they may encounter.
