Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and growth for the NovaChicks division.
- Drive daily sales and outlet performance against monthly targets.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team.
- Analyse market and competitor trends and act on the findings.
- Build and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
- Grow distribution channels across Uganda.
- Report to the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of sales experience, with 3 or more years in a managerial role.
- Experience in FMCG or livestock is preferred.
- Proven sales leadership and results track record.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Uganda.
