Job Description
The Sales Manager at Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd will lead the sales department in achieving its targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. The manager will be expected to build and manage a high-performing team, handle customer relations, respond to market trends, and contribute to business development through tactical planning and collaboration with the marketing department. This role involves monitoring sales performance, expanding market share, and ensuring excellent service delivery across various client segments including institutions and tender-based businesses.

How to Apply
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Plan work schedules and set performance targets for the sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Achieve growth by managing the sales team and driving them to meet sales targets.
Monitor the performance of all sales representatives and provide coaching as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure strong, positive relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance lead generation.
Stay updated on emerging markets, new products, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales management (mandatory).
Experience with institutional sales and tenders (desirable).
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with strategic thinking capabilities.
