Sales Manager

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and supervise Sales Supervisors, Route Sales Persons, and Trade Marketing Developers
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners
• Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the market
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Control operational costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and market standards

• A Job holder must possess business related degree from a reputable University with emphasis on sales or marketing or business.
• Prior 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing in fast moving consumer goods.
