Sales & Extension Officer - Central UgandaNew!

• Recruit, train, supervise and coach Community Agro-Vet Entrepreneurs on performance and product knowledge.
• Conduct farmer trainings and demonstrations and provide technical advice.
• Make regular farm follow-ups with farmers and groups.
• Drive promotion and sales of poultry and livestock solutions and track targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Carry out early disease surveillance and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Report on CAVE activities, farmer engagement and sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Animal Production and Management, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial sales, technical support or agricultural extension in livestock or poultry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage field teams or community-based extension workers.
• Knowledge of animal nutrition, poultry and livestock production and veterinary pharmaceuticals.
• Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit.
• Fluent in English and Luganda.
