Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify leads and new business opportunities
- Negotiate sales accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Travel within Uganda for business development as required
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, B2B or B2C preferred
- Age between 26 and 32 years
- Preference for candidates living near the job location in Luzira, Kampala
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of customer needs and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and follow up effectively
- Willingness to learn technical products such as valves and fittings
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
