• Prospect for and self generate new clients through referrals, networking, corporate and banking relationships, brokers and digital channels.
• Generate qualified leads and actively manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable products.
• Present Pearl Marina residential and investment opportunities to local, regional and diaspora prospects.
• Negotiate sales terms within approved parameters and support deal closure.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximise conversion.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process from inquiry to completion.
• Conduct property presentations, showroom visits and site tours.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM and prepare booking and reservation documents.
• Monitor transaction progress and follow up on customer payment obligations with Finance and Legal.
• Develop relationships with brokers, agents, banks, corporates and diaspora networks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional training in sales, marketing or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality or other target driven sales environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
