Igongo Country Hotel and Cultural Centre is seeking two fresher Sales Executives to implement sales strategies, build client accounts and represent the 4-star hotel at trade shows and industry events.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies and action plans for assigned market segments
Attend trade shows, promotional events and industry functions to represent the hotel
Establish and maintain active client accounts and ensure proper documentation
Conduct sales trips, site inspections and client entertainment to secure business
Provide market feedback on competition and industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly booking quotas and contribute to achieving budgeted sales goals
Maintain accurate records in the hotel's PMS system and prepare timely reports
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health and safety regulations and the corporate code of conduct

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in sales is preferred, ideally in the hospitality or service industry

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (PMS)
Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events
