Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, collect competitor information, and provide market expansion suggestions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient execution of logistics services.
Responsible for writing and submitting sales reports.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Has a minimum of four years of sales experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
Is familiar with market conditions and competition in the end to end logistics service.
Has strong English communication skills for conducting business negotiations.
Demonstrates a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
