Sales Engineer

• Provide clients with detailed product usage and maintenance information to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
• Assist in preparing and presenting technical proposals and quotations to clients.
• Assist in coordinating product deliveries and maintaining inventory records.
• Support administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating databases, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The Sales Engineer at Davis & Shirtliff will support sales operations and client engagement in line with D&S’s objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective promotion of products, and operational efficiency while developing technical and professional skills in the water equipment and solar energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, or Water Resources Engineering.
• Graduated between 6 months and 2 years ago.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• AutoCAD skills are an added advantage.
