• Proactively identify and secure new clients within the target manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and understand their strategic challenges.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity and market shifts.
• Work closely with other teams to generate sales.
• Manage and report the sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Represent the client's solutions clearly in proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
• A significant portion of that experience focused on manufacturing and FMCG industries.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Understanding of supply chain, production processes and market drivers in manufacturing and FMCG.
