Lafab Solutions is recruiting Sales and Financial Advisors for the Central Region to prospect clients, promote financial products and services, and build lasting customer relationships in the field.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in the assigned areas.
Promote and market financial products and services to prospective clients.
Engage customers through field visits, networking and referrals.
Assess clients' financial needs and provide appropriate product guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and explain financial solutions clearly.
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into business.
Meet sales targets and keep accurate records of sales activity.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised institution.
Willingness to undertake field-based sales work in the Central Region.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, marketing and negotiation ability.
Presentation and customer relationship management.
Self-motivation and target orientation.
Basic computer skills and record keeping.
