Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Drive data flow management and system integration between the Back Office Portal and SAP Business One (SAP B1), troubleshooting integration errors and optimizing system workflows.
Manage and update vendor master records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and donors’ audit-required standards.
Serve as the technical bridge between Tech, FRC, and FAS teams by translating complex data insights and system requirements into actionable process improvements.
Partner across departments to make sure that processes are fully documented, maintain spreadsheet audit standards, streamline reporting workflows, and establish organization-wide data management best practices.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in data integration, master data management, or systems analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Proven track record in process optimization, root-cause analysis, and data error troubleshooting.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data issues into actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required.
