Rwanda Contracts Procurement Coordinator

• Lead end-to-end tendering and contract execution for high-value goods and services by collaborating on departmental procurement plans.
• Establish 0-6 month strategic targets and set price baselines to negotiate maximum cost savings.
• Continually optimise sourcing processes for higher operational efficiency.
• Analyse annual spend across key categories to establish a quarterly-reviewed tender calendar.
• Conduct market research to boost competition and contract effectiveness.
• Oversee full contract lifecycles and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) by tracking price tolerances and managing change control systems.
• Analyse market risks and report overall cost savings.
• Conduct bi-annual vendor evaluations and monthly meetings with top suppliers to create performance improvement plans and enforce contractual commitments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement sourcing, and end-to-end tendering operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
