Rwanda Audit Compliance Specialist

• Lead end-to-end audit readiness, verify supporting documentation to 100% accuracy, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
• Proactively identify compliance gaps across departments, redesign documentation workflows, and build lasting organisational best practices for audit readiness.
• Direct, coach, and balance the workload for a team of 3–5 direct reports to maintain quality control under tight deadlines.
• Partner closely with internal Finance, Tech, FRC, and FAS teams to streamline data requests and report audit progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in audit management, financial compliance, or internal controls.
