• Co-ordinating and improving risk management practices across all hospital departments.
• Reviewing internal and external audit reports to extract risk and control information for remediation.
• Monitoring and reporting on adverse Key Performance Indicator and Key Risk Indicator trends.
• Assessing compliance with policies and procedures to strengthen internal operational controls.
• Tracking and analysing instances of fraud to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinating the operationalization of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of hospital Business Continuity Plan (BCP) frameworks.
• Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives and producing progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Risk Management.
• At least three (3) years of relevant working experience within the healthcare industry.
• Professional certifications such as IRM, CRM, CRA, or FRM are an added advantage.
