• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis.
• Achieve personal and team production and productivity targets set by the Unit Manager.
• Attend field activations and client presentations as instructed.
• Attend meetings and daily huddles and submit a daily activity report.
• Obtain an IRA insurance agent licence, with company support.
• Enrol, sit and pass COP exams within the IRA stipulated period of one year.
• Ensure persistence of the business you bring in.
• Comply with the company code of ethics and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Must obtain a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance within the IRA stipulated period.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid insurance agent licence from the IRA.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in insurance, banking, microfinance, SACCOs, telecom, FMCG or direct sales is an added advantage.
