Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to customers safely and on time within agreed areas.
- Confirm order contents before dispatch and collect payment where required.
- Keep the assigned motorcycle clean, fuelled and in roadworthy condition.
- Follow traffic rules and road safety practice at all times.
- Report delays, accidents and customer issues to the supervisor.
- Handle food packages carefully to keep them intact and warm.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid riding permit with a motorcycle class.
- Experience in delivery riding in Kampala.
- Knowledge of Kampala routes and landmarks.
Skills & Competencies:
- Defensive riding.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Customer courtesy.
- Basic motorcycle maintenance checks.
