• to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the delivery of excellent customer service.
• The successful candidate will help coordinate restaurant staff, monitor service quality, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and maintain smooth operations during service hours. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle a busy service setting.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate waiters, cashiers, kitchen staff, and other team members as required.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and adherence to workplace procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and sanitation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant staff to minimise shortages and wastage.
• Support order processing, service coordination, and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The successful candidate will help coordinate restaurant staff, monitor service quality, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and maintain smooth operations during service hours. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle a busy service setting.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Team Leader, or in a similar hospitality role.
• A certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
