Research, Advisory and Practice Intern

Busara seeks a Research, Advisory and Practice Intern to support the Research, Advisory and Practice Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Associate, the intern supports capacity strengthening projects in applied research and behavioural science with government and civil society practitioners.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation and evaluation of capacity strengthening projects in applied research and behavioural science
Organize, clean and analyse qualitative data
Support knowledge management
Participate in external events such as workshops and communities of practice
Support dissemination of results and preparation of project reports
Support design and development of research and advisory projects

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Students in their final semester of masters or undergraduate programmes
Bachelor's degree in economics, social sciences, public policy or related fields
Interest in capacity strengthening and behavioural science

Skills & Competencies:

Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork
